Description
La parcelle de Cannubi est perchée à 290 mètres d’altitude et orienté Sud, Sud-Est. Planté en 1946, les Nebbiolo de Cannubi sont peu productifs mais concentrent des jus d’une richesse rare.
La robe se montre plutôt sombre, quasi impénétrable. Le nez est très intense et d’une complexité redoutable sur les fruits noirs et la réglisse fraîche. À l’ouverture, le cuir noble s’affirme et les notes balsamiques prennent peu à peu le relais. La bouche est moelleuse avec un fruit détonnant. Les tanins sont fermes et très marqués donnant toute la noblesse et le potentiel de garde demandé à un si grand vin !
