Description
Eisele Vineyard est la star biodynamique (certifiée demeter) de la Napa, localisée dans le secteur de Calistoga sur une quinzaine d’hectares. Vinification peu interventionniste et expression du terroir garantie ! Élevage de 20 mois en barriques neuves de chêne français.
La robe grenat profonde développe un nez puissant autour de la cerise épicée, de la violette et du viandé. La bouche est fraîche, précise et savoureuse à souhait. Les tanins sont très fins et laisse place à une belle finale sur le thé noir. Potentiel de garde impressionnant !

"Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep garnet-purple color and is a little sluggish to reveal its fragrant core of plum preserves, crème de cassis, blueberry compote and Morello cherries with accents of stewed Darjeeling tea, underbrush, cloves and tobacco leaf plus a waft of pencil shavings. Medium to full-bodied, the palate struts it stuff with amazing poise, structured with very fine, ripe tannins and lovely freshness, finishing long and perfumed."
